Trying to remove information from the Internet is like trying to remove pee from a swimming pool.

I read a story in The Australian today that was reporting on a new New South Wales law that makes it possible for a woman to claim rape the morning after a one-night stand if she was intoxicated, even if the sex itself was consensual.  Apparently the Feminazis down under were working overtime for this one. 

Think about it: they actually re-defined rape to eliminate the woman's responsibility for herself.  In Australia, if you meet a girl at the bar, you both have a few drinks, she goes back to your place and you do the deed, you can go to jail.  Welcome to the world of liberal extremism.  And you thought neo-conservatism was bad!  This just illustrates the danger of extreme left thinking.  They're more like the religious right than you thought.  They want us to live in a world where no one is responsible for their actions, where no one has to pay for a bad decision.  Instead, they want the government to enforce morality.  For those of you still not following me, here is why this law is wrong on every level.

Everyone is aware of the effects alcohol has on judgement.   When you drink excessively, you are knowingly, and willingly surrendering your judgement to the alcoholic stupor you yourself are putting yourself in.  Even so, in the eyes of the law, you are still responsible for your actions.  If you robbed a bank while intoxicated, could you face the judge, shrug and say, "sorry your honor, I was drunk?"  Even in Australia I'll bet you'd go right to the iron box.

Let's compare that to the one-night stand situation.  Here, Australia is saying that the woman is not responsible for her actions while intoxicated, but the man is.  Before you know it, men will have to go bar-hopping with sex contracts in their pockets.  Maybe they'll have to bring witnesses to the bedroom, or even a lawyer evaluating where each "yes!" is consensual.  Heck, why not have a court reporter in the mix as well, typing up a transcript of the whole encounter?

I'm all for women having equal rights.  I'm all for them getting paid the same amount of money as men for the same job.  But, women have to realize that with equal rights comes responsibility.  Some studies have shown that the reason women don't get paid as much as men is that they don't negotiate their salaries as high as men do.  Sure, there is most likely some discrimination at play here too, but don't whine and complain that you're not getting paid as much as the men in your company when you didn't even bother to negotiate your pay raises like they did.  If you tried and failed while the men were swept up the corporate ladder, then you might have a case, but otherwise, it's your own damn fault.

I'm sick and tired of women who scream about equality....until they fuck something up.  THEN, they play the "weaker sex" card.  "Oh I'm just a helpless woman!  I can't be responsible for my actions!"  It's a lot like some old people who complain that young people don't respect them while having faulty bullshit detectors.

"These kids today have no respect for their elders!"

"Hi!  I am JOHANNES MUGUNBE SMITH, representing a wealthy Nigerian industrialist.  Can I have your bank account number so I can deposit millions of dollars into it?"

"SURE!"

I know there's a lot of women out there who agree with me.  Ladies, these stupid feminists are making you look bad.  They're passing laws that actually degrade you; laws that basically say you can't make any decisions when you're drunk, but a man can.  I imagine you must be frustrated.  I sure as hell would be.  If only men could press charges after waking up next to a fat chick.
